Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to learning and growth

• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's unique needs

• Maintain a safe and positive classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

• Missouri Teaching Certification (or eligibility for certification)

• Experience working with preschool-aged children

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for early childhood development and education
